What I build
Harshad Satra is a freelance Vue.js and Nuxt.js developer in Mumbai, India. He spent nearly five years at DocuX building the product's application UI in Vue.js and its animated marketing sites in Nuxt.js, leading the front-end team and cutting load times by 30%. For clients he builds Nuxt.js websites on a headless CMS, usually Directus, so content lives in a clean admin panel while pages are server-rendered for speed and SEO. Examples include Bridge Postworks, a post-production studio site with a custom media streaming player on AWS; Early Man Film, a production house portfolio; and the Jaisalmer Desert Festival 2021 microsite in Vue.js.

Frequently asked questions
Is Nuxt.js good for SEO?
Yes. Nuxt renders pages on the server or at build time, so search engines and AI crawlers receive complete HTML instead of an empty JavaScript shell. Combined with Nuxt's meta and sitemap tooling, it performs as well as a traditional website for SEO.
Why use Directus as a headless CMS?
Directus sits on top of a normal SQL database, gives editors a clean admin panel, and exposes your content through REST and GraphQL APIs. You own the data, can self-host it, and aren't locked into one front-end framework.
Vue.js or React: which should I choose?
Both are excellent. Vue is often faster to build with for small teams and has a gentler learning curve; React has the larger ecosystem. If your team already uses one, stick with it. I build with both; see React & Next.js development.
Can you join my existing Vue project?
Yes. I regularly pick up existing Vue 2 and Vue 3 codebases, review the architecture, and take on features, refactors or a Vue 2 to Vue 3 migration.
