What I build
Harshad Satra is a freelance developer in Mumbai, India, who builds AI automation and AI-powered features into websites and business workflows. With 13 years of web development experience and a current focus on AI-driven web experiences, he connects large language models such as Anthropic's Claude and OpenAI's GPT models to the tools you already use: your website, CRM, inbox, spreadsheets and CMS. The goal is practical. Remove repetitive work, answer customers faster, and turn your content into something people can search and ask questions of.

Frequently asked questions
What business tasks can AI automate?
Tasks that involve reading, sorting and writing text are the best fit: answering common customer questions, triaging enquiries, extracting data from documents, drafting replies and product content, and summarising reports. Tasks that need judgement or carry high risk should keep a human approval step.
Is my data safe when using AI models?
I use business API plans from providers like Anthropic and OpenAI, which don't use API data to train their models by default. Sensitive data can be filtered before it reaches the model, and for strict requirements open-source models can run in your own cloud account.
How much does AI automation cost to run?
Running costs are usually small: you pay the model provider per use, often a fraction of a rupee or cent per request for typical tasks. I estimate usage costs up front and add monitoring so there are no surprises.
Can AI be added to my existing website?
Yes. A chatbot, AI search or an automated enquiry workflow can be added to an existing WordPress, Shopify, Next.js or custom site without rebuilding it.
