Harshad Satra is a Mumbai-based web developer who fixes slow, hard-to-rank websites at the code level. How do I know if my website is slow?
Run your homepage through Google PageSpeed Insights. If the mobile Core Web Vitals assessment says "Failed", or Largest Contentful Paint is above 2.5 seconds, visitors and Google both notice. Or request a free audit and I'll check it for you.
Will speed improvements increase my rankings?
Speed is one ranking signal among many, so it rarely moves rankings alone. Faster pages do reduce bounce rates and lift conversions, and fixing the technical SEO issues found alongside them, like broken canonicals, missing schema or blocked pages, often has a bigger ranking impact.
What is AI search optimisation (GEO)?
Generative Engine Optimisation means making your site easy for AI assistants such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity to read, understand and cite. It combines crawler access, structured data, consistent facts about your brand across the web, and content written as clear answers.
Do you work on sites you didn't build?
